Labor Day

When you think of Labor Day, many things may come to mind: “don’t wear white after Labor Day”, a day to sleep in, back to school, or your annual camping trip.

As Labor Day just shortly pasted, I thought I would give some information about the history behind it, and the futures dates to come which change yearly. It is a United States federal holiday that started to put a stop to 12-hour work days, seven days a week. Is is now celebrated as a day of rest and relaxation for the working population, and the marking of the last vacation before back to school.
