How HireAHelper’s Best Price Guarantee Works

At HireAHelper, we’re all about making moving easier, and that includes your budget. That’s why every booking comes with our Best Price Guarantee: if you find the same movers for less, we’ll match the price.

What Is the Best Price Guarantee?

If you book movers through HireAHelper and then find the same movers, offering the same service, on the same date, for less money—just show us. We’ll refund you the difference (up to $75 or 10% of your booking, whichever is lower).

When the Guarantee Applies

To qualify, the lower-priced offer has to be for the same:

• Moving Service Providers you booked through HireAHelper
• Date(s)
• Service type (labor-only, local-full service, etc.)
• Move size (1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, etc.)
• Distance

Additionally, you must submit a written quote or show where it’s publicly advertised, at least twenty-four (24) hours before your move starts.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, send an email to bestprice@porchmovinggroup.com. In that email, include:

• Your name and contact info
• Move date(s)
• Origin and/or destination addresses
• Your HireAHelper booking confirmation
• Proof of the lower price (PDF or screenshot)

We’ll review your request and get back to you within ten (10) business days to confirm your eligibility for a partial refund.

What’s Not Covered?

There are a few things that don’t qualify:

• Different movers or services
• Handwritten or verbal quotes
• Flash sales or coupon discounts
• Requests made less than 24 hours before your move
• More than one request per booking
• Refunds over $75 or 10% of the booking total
